I use deep tissue for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury. People can feel sore for up to 24 hours after my deep tissue massage, but then on top of the world!

consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm. NMT (also known as trigger point myotherapy) is one of my specializations and I love it because it is so effective. The American Academy of Pain Management recognizes this form of massage therapy as an effective treatment for back pain caused by soft tissue injury (such as a muscle strain). It brings immediate release after a few seconds of sharp, and sometimes radiating sensations.

When you inhale essential oil molecules, messages are transmitted to the limbic system and affect heart rate, stress level, blood pressure, breathing, memory, digestion, and the immune system.
